While we were hoping to roll out episode 4 a year ago, we’ve taken an obvious break. We couldn’t be more thrilled to be back in the kitchen discussing the journeys’ of chef across America and their inspiration for what they do: learning to cook at their family kitchen tables to opening their own restaurants and sharing family recipes with our communities.
Chef Lily, the heart and soul of @chinarestaurantva, immigrated from Shanghai, China over 30 years ago. Since then she has been feeding her community authentic, homemade Chinese cuisine. It is her passion to share some of her home with us, and is is our honor to share these stories. Stick around to watch and listen.
